Sometimes called the "King of Country" and a living legend, George Strait, (May 18, 1952), is a country singer American music. The native Texan is known for its country western sound Honky Tonks. He is best known for his unique style of western swing music, ballads, honky bar tonk style, fresh yet traditional country music from the west.

A member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Strait has been nominated for more Further the AMC price than any other artist.
